No journey is complete without people to share it with. As we continue to expand our presence in the Greater Worcester area and beyond we realized that without the right people working with us we'd always be dragged down and held back from our potential. After doing some business planning we came up with a plan that has begun to take shape. With that, I'd like to introduce to everyone our three new team members coming from all different background. We look forward to serving our clients with their ever changing needs and look forward to providing exceptional service for all of their real estate needs.

Amy comes to us from 16 years in the personal and commercial insurance industry where she worked for Mapfre and Northeast Insurance. We helped her buy her home some years ago, and she just couldn't help but come back to us! She will keep you entertained with her humor and talking for hours while on house tours, all the while pointing out what clients need to know to make the best possible decision on their home. She has a great eye and sees potential everywhere she goes.

ALAIN DIGON - Director of Implementation
As a former hedge fund manager Alain has seen it all. He brings an uncanny ability to drive growth and pave new avenues for expansion with his entreprenurial and business oriented mindset. His experience with crafting computerized algorithms to spot short term investments will help not only The Jarboe group, but our clients as well. There are many things a computer can do better and faster than a human, and one of them is making sure our buyers don't overpay and our sellers list at the right price for the current market.

ERICA KLEINER - Buyers Agent
Erica comes to us from the Leominster Credit Union where she was for a long stint, ending her career there as a Member Service Representative. She started with the group as a Showing Agent and has quickly transistioned into her new role helping motivated buyers find their hojmes. She has an uncanny ability to read her clients and patiently work with them to help them find the best home possible.
